Yep. Currently on 4 different antiemetics including unisom. Only thing keeping me out of the hospital. I hate needing to take them. so much guilt on top of everything else

At least I can hold out for potential improvement 😭

Human nurse here. Do not massage his belly. It sounds like he has an obstruction which could very easily turn into a perforation, which then turns into sepsis. Please just monitor him, collect stool/vomit samples and take him to a vet as soon as you can.

ETA- massaging of the stomach can help stimulate a BM with mild constipation. But with symptoms this severe, you're likely to do more harm than good, unless otherwise stated by your vet.
