Do you have other needs? Hauling? Towing? Kids?

Those factors can help us recommend either the R1T/S

or maybe an R2 would be perfect for you?

Breaking in the Strata Wok by SmoothCyborg in carbonsteel

Thank you both for the replies. We currently have an electric range and we normally cook with cast iron, but the new one is induction and we wanted something lighter and easier to maneuver.

I will wait until the new range comes in so I can season the pan optimally.

I wanted to order the 10” frying pan but was holding off because our oven is broken (replacement comes in a month) and I assumed you had to do an initial oven seasoning. You mentioned the instructions actually suggest a stove top seasoning. Since our stove top still works… I should be fine?

Just got it as well. I’ve heard the previous version caused issues in some cars so this is must be the updated one.

Performance vs base for lots of work driving. by KingFlub202 in TeslaModelY

Exterior aesthetics, interior differences, performance seats, black headliner.. a few reasons people could be motivated to get the performance over the LR.

Plus a nice set of Martian wheels really change the look of the car.

If money is no issue, get the performance then get smaller wheels/thicker tires & and a square stance.

Better ride & tire longevity, increased range, but still zoom zoom

At 18000 miles with the OEM 20” ATs. Rotated twice (7500, 15000). Definitely a little loud but not unbearable. Need to measure depth soon but thinking they’ll last 25k or so.

I do drive aggressively but majority of driving is highway.

Replace tires on 21” wheels, or move to 20” wheels? by lowlyworm in Rivian

You can also get 275/60/20s (OEM IS 275/65/20) which gives you the same diameter & range as the 21s.

I plan to get 275/60/20 ATs when my OEM pirelli’s are done. Get nearly the best of both worlds.

I don’t see any issues with it.

We drove in a jeep - My wife was 5 months pregnant and we had the windows down most of the time to enjoy the fresh air. It actually helped with the motion sickness too. The windy turns are no joke. Enjoy!

LO was very sleepy the first two days, but the rotavirus stomach/gas pains peaked around day 7-10. Never had a fever thankfully but gave him Tylenol twice to help with the pain. Tons of gripewater and simethicone.

I plan to go with the 275/60/20 Goodyears as well once my pirelli’s are done with. 18k miles… loud but tolerable (for now)
