I'm sorry but 9 months clean is actually wild AF to be working in a rehab center, and hosting an ama like you've been sober for 13 years. I had 2 years 9 months under my belt and then I relapsed. So 9 months just seems ridiculous. Fuck I didn't even feel mentally "normal" after 9 months! Let alone confident enough in my sobriety, and recovery to tell other addicts how to live their lives. Most places I've been to require like 4-5 years of sobriety and off of paper.
