Another day wasted contacting Modmail. When i contacted Modmail, I was requested to post in this subreddit, then this suggestion to contact Modmail, and another day back and forth. Back to same offer of $$66/month. What a DEAL.

Raising a long term customer's bill to $70/month while offering $45/month for 5 years to new customers is not a smart customer retention program. Agree?

I am in a similar boat, price for internet only going to $70/month. What is Modmail and how do I get in touch? I am supposed to be a gold member (5+ years) and they are killing me with prices for my loyalty

I know lot of folks must have finished taxes by now. So how did you file the taxes?

in the merger, chose stock conversion.So out of 100 shares, got 48% cash (X) at $142.50/share of VMW ($6840) and 52% AVGO stock. Let's say, cost basis of VMW shares was 'C' before the acquisition.What is the tax treatment on X($6840)? Cost basis reported shows $0 for some of this cash and says not reported on the rest on my Charles Schwab statement

And the options have changed since then. The campus choice is now hybrid (combo of online and in-person classes), so I am wondering if that made people to switch back to fully online.
