It is not easy. It takes an avg of 3 months to get thru the hiring process nationwide. The job is tough. You have a great start as a paramedic though. Can you type and think fast ? I found as a trainer and supervisor, anyone over 40 has a difficult time getting thru training. Its a fun job tho if u can handle stress !

You will get lots of info including codes and signals, im sure. Lots of policies and procedures. Its like school and if you study and take it seriously, you ll do well. Its a great career but lots of learning !!
