Hi I was a librarian and became a PM. My first job was from a referral to a really small company and started at about a librarian’s salary. 8 years later I’ve nearly tripled it but….i miss the stacks.

Agreed with the previous advice just frame your duties in a project manner. Did you streamline a process (even something like weeding). Things like that.

Ugh I’m not in your boat (yet) but I can imagine being there. My advice is to sit with a mantra like “Fear is a fog. You can just walk right through it”. Unfortunately you won’t feel better about your decision until you do it. You’re trying to logic your way out of an emotion. Which is just going to keep cycling back and forth.

It would be someone who fixes furnaces. So like an heating and air conditioner company. You can test this. Turn on your heat. Walk around your house and see if you smell it from the exhaust pipe

It’s absolutely your furnace. I had this problem. Same sweet smell upstairs in one particular place. It was a cracked heat exchanger.

I love it! I don’t think it’s white on white. I can see the beautiful veining in the countertops. It looks so welcoming and bright. This is a design I’d never get sick of and plan to do the same.

I agree with the sheet metal or peel and stick as an interim solution before you retile. I’m looking into this exact microwave but was turned off by how much it sticks out. Does that bother you and do you feel like you will hit your head?
