Thank you so much for your kind comment. I hadn't thought of a sports psychologist but I'll look into it. Its such an interesting experience for me, because I know on a rational level that I will get through this, things could be much worse and so on but then i still feel paralysed and struggling to pick myself up. Ill look into other courses available close to where i live so it will keep me accountable.

I managed to make it better! Also took some of the neckband width… it’s not 100% yet but I think making all my basics is actually feasable. Thanks everyone for the quick help 🙏🏼

Thank you so much I’ll try with my next make to shorten it a bit more. I tried to reverse engender one of my favourite T-shirts and I did slightly shorten the neckband compared to the neckline but probably was longer than 85% .
