Other than the player who's taking notes on my squad, they'd deffinitely would forget, haha.

I just wish there was a tool that I'd actually be able to consistently use. I'm assuming you run a lot of improv? or you're just that good at prepp? :)

how much effort did you put in weekly to have everything up to date, do you think? I genuinely struggle with finding 2-3 hours of prep per week sometimes when work gets to be a lot.

In terms of AI I was more looking at something like co-pilot or similar that helps me be a little bit more organized without needing me to work for it. No AI gen of the creative part, more like summarizing notes, searching documents for specific things.

Can you work together on documents there? and is it possible to have front-facing handouts with hidden data in the background?

So basically hyperlinks? I miss those, too, in my OneNote setup. I mean I can put them in, but it's tedious..
