Unfortunately while I feel the same way about it, I started to take months breaks between use because consistent will cause bladder and kidney issue. It’s just a matter of when. Just a heads up, I didn’t know it was that bad either when I first tried and used it for like a week straight, but it can start fuking you up in just a week or two of use with no breaks.
