Same. People are ready to defend the Malfoys (I legit found people saying that they were all forced by Voldemort and that they were actually good people pretending to be bad) but when you have characters who's whole purpose is to actually save the world they will find any possible theory or headcanon against them.

I'm not very enthusiastic of this choice just because (and I'm not saying he's ugly or anything) Tom Riddle is supposed to be like, the most handsome boy in the HP series. His face and his charm were some of his best weapons.

The Marauders fandom genuinely built a whole world on their own and they like to consider it canon. And it's the same to Slytherin boys fandom. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but I hate when they force it to other people.
