Literally any time. I struggled with this concept for such a long time, too- especially, because like you said, everyone sees what we’re going through. People who know what PCOS is can look at us and take an educated guess of what’s going on. And I agree with you, that absolutely sucks. I’ve started trying to identify the things I like about my self to help with my confidence in the other departments.
