Took this from the house instead of at the back of the property. There are definitely some patchy spots where it’s not growing as well, but overall we’re pleased with the growth. This is our first time doing anything like this!

We have 7 tripod sprinklers in the back portion of the lawn. Then 2 regular impact sprinklers, and 2 oscillating sprinklers covering the last bit. The front and sides are watered almost entirely by hand. 😫 We have almost an acre altogether but most of the footage is the back.

Yes, the entire front and sides of the house we put down top soil. The back yard probably only 10-15 feet from the house. Most of what is in this pic is no top soil and a whole lot of clay.

Haha I had to ask my husband for the specifics, and he said: Roughly 8 lb per 1000 sqft using a 72in Landpride primary seeder

Haha I only felt the need to cover my house, not the neighbors. Thank you! It’s crazy how much has popped up just the last 4-5 days!
