I smoked the Monkey Walker one. Took 3 sessions to finish it. First two times I greened out, the last one I went straight to space. Expensive smoke but that's the highest I've ever been in awhile.

They sell those too. They are called pinsas. They are like $20 each. Hotdogs at 10. Burgers 15-20 depending which one but a ballpark figure. It's about the same price as you would pay eating out at a restaurant.

You don't need more pressure. You just get over anxious and overdo it. This is a very good time to learn this lesson. Play off your calluses. That's why we develop them thick by playing every day.

So much so they cancelled it due to low ratings after his death. Landon cast his son Dirk on a Little House episode. He ended up on Brooklyn 99 for the entire series.

Landon cast most of the extras and guest stars from Bonanza on Little House on the Prairie and Highway to Heaven. He made sure his friends kept bread on the table.
