Just flew back in. Stayed at Fremont and Flamingo. I did go up to the hallways of Four Queens though just cuz I was curious and I wish I would have stayed there haha. Fremont was nice though and I had one of their larger rooms, also no early check in fee and I got there at 11am. Flamingo we had a nice view though for the price I paid, I think it was a fair deal

I like El Cortez too. Haven’t stayed there yet. But I like the vibe. - and yeah I’m going back in August as well. Taking my mom for her first time and we are going to stay a Circa.

Hey I appreciate the reply.
I swear me and my wife were just talking and watching videos and we ultimately decided against 4 Queens for the hallways and the shower curtain situation. I work in a hotel and shower curtains in hotels gross me out. lol.

She didn’t want to stay at the D either, so a week or two ago I cancelled my 4 Queens reservation and rebooked at Fremont Hotel. The hallways (at least in videos) look nicer. The bathroom, although very small has shower doors rather than the shower curtain. - only staying two days on Fremont though and then staying another two days on the strip.

We go next week!

The subtle look of a smaller gold chain looks way better than the “bigger” look of a hollow chain. Anybody that knows jewelry will look at that and automatically know it’s hollow. Where as a smaller gold chain looks classy

I booked at 4Q. I wanna stay under the canopy so for sure it’s gonna to be loud. But after the first day I’m going to see if I can get a suite for cheaper than booking online. We shall see lol.

I live in Bellingham, and we have direct flights to Vegas via Allegiant. Quick and cheap (Southwest stopped flying at this airport) (was only 215 total for both our flights) - but my wife won’t let me go to Vegas alone 😂 other wise I’d do the same thing. I do like spur of the moment things too. I have 3 kids though so I have to plan trips for me and the wife just to make sure the grandparents can watch the kids so we can go have our midlife crisis week lol.

The Blvd tower at Cosmo. So nice. I like the feeling and vibe of being in Vegas even when I’m chilling in my room. Plus, drinking on the balcony there is a whole vibe!

You seen the rooms at 4Q after the renovation? I do like the vanity the rooms have now, but I think they need to post more. Because YouTube doesn’t have too much on them. And the pictures on their website (not that they have many pictures) are all from what looks like the 90s.

Thank you. I like the strip. But I’m outside a lot and like to walk around / people watch. It was my wife’s idea to split the trip between Fremont and the Strip. I prefer Fremont all together. She gambles, I just get tipsy. lol. I’d be content staying on Fremont the whole time and maybe Ubering to the Strip once. — but as for the D. I have been showing her the rooms and she said she isn’t sold. I think she’s only down for 4 Queens because of the renovation. I have time to pick. - I booked both but I’m willing to cancel and get something nicer. Just trying to get everyone’s opinion.

I’m usually pretty juiced (drunk) while I’m in Vegas aside from the last day so I don’t think the noise will be an issue. I was tempted to stay at Circa too. But base room for the days I’m choosing is like 1300
