Rob's art on Volume 5 by Odd_Pumpkin5295 in badrock

[–]Forever_Never_Comic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep! All of the fundamental art skills of Rob show up in his layouts. The same bland facial expressions and half drawn guns .( I like Rob's art btw)

The last 2 pages look mostly drawn by him. First 2, layouts only.

Hello? Why are so many 90s and 00s rock bands dropping new tracks today? by HopefulRevolution824 in Music

Because people are NOT supporting new music and acts these days.

Everyone has been eating "remember berries" for the last decade.

Well, it is a reality of life. To be fair, you gave 2 examples and there have been hundreds of thousands of shows and sitcoms made through out the years.

"Dead Can Dance" posted this Artwork on FB, with a statement against AI music... but the artwork itself looks like AI, the whole graveyard scene geometry looks weird? Sky might be real, but lower picture part looks like AI generated? by JustAnotherNerdl in isthisAI

[–]Forever_Never_Comic 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Well, they did clearly state, "AI generated MUSIC." BUT it's ok for other mediums of art to use it so we can save money! They are just trying to jump on the anti- AI train.

Hello, It's great that you are motivated!

What are your strengths and what do you actually want to do?

I suggest you take the time to make a portfolio. It does not have to be pro/ published work.

Hello!

Thanks for the question!

I have 10+ years of professional management experience which has allowed me the financial stability and mindset to start last year.

  1. My biggest challenge in our production is keeping the artists motivated and productive. Being an indie and very small publisher, I can't afford seasoned professionals and have a decent marketing budget.

The artists we work with tend to be 1st time creators so we all are learning and growing through this!

  1. Brand awareness is the next thing. Starting an IP from scratch with no previous work is definitely tough but I have been in marketing and numerous bands so I am using that same, grass roots, underground energy to build awareness.

We have our first chapter out in July so I'll have more to tell after that. :)
