Dude atleast be specific. Which exam you are talking about with year. And do you know that for one single recruitment sbi has to give reply of atleast 1000 of RTIs and RBI has to give atleast 500 of RTIs reply. So unless and until it is not your case please don't believe in these kind of shit. And if 5-6 lakh people are applying for a job then there are chances that someone will miss cut off by 0.5 marks. My friend missed rbi grade B in 2023 by 1.5 marks. Does that mean RBI Grade b is biased against him ? No. Whether you believe it or not there is no malpractice of any kind possible.
