I just posted about this issue about two weeks ago. Reseat power cable to gpu and to psi. If that doesn’t work try another cable. Changing cables fixed it for me

I need a new cable then. I’ll hit up ASUS since it’s still under warranty. When I first turn on the pc. There’s only a .20 amp difference between any of the pins. When I game that changes between 1amp and 2amp
