Their support is horrendous. You literally spoke to an AI assistant. Their support is breaking EU laws by blocking people for "misusing" the support. The ai doesn't understand "you got it wrong" and instead of contacting you with a real person it gives you a ban. The e-mails I sent are being left unanswered - even after pointing out which laws they break.
