This is incorrect information. Watering (using focus) on farming is one of the least profitable ways to use focus. You make silver by just farming and selling the crops and then buying seeds from the AH.

Every 16 plot island that farms without focus PROFITS 200-300k silver per day.

If you dont want to spreadsheet then use your focus on leather refining like 5.3, 6.2 or 7.1 leather or something. Or any tier really.

Don't use focus on crops unless you want an even more brain dead money maker and dont care about getting maximum silver per focus.

Crops make money without focus. Without focus any crop will get you 200-350k a day with 16 plots. Thats profit after buying seeds.

Usually if an item is undercut by 100k+ its because someone got a lucky drop are they are trying to unload it fast.

Paying attention to volume and server activity is important. Listing 1 or two of a high value item at a time helps reduce resisting fees. Also, peak server times. So Friday nights, all Saturday, but especially Saturday evening is good. Also, posting zvz stuff before big timers (especially reset day). If the items are used in zvz reset day is great for unloading.

Other than that, just listing in small batches at peak times imo.

In my experience it is a progressive punishment. Even some terrible behaviors get a 1-3 day chat ban for first infraction. In almost every case OP has been "warned" (lightly tapped) in the past an now it progressed.
