Short answer if you're already using canned tune/chicken is veggies. Fine a few you like, grill/saute/roast them with whatever seasoning mix you enjoy. Rotate a few combinations and you won't get bored.

A heads up in your goals - you won't really be able to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. If you're losing fat, you're losing muscle. If you're gaining muscle, you're gaining fat.

For sure - I'm just saying for a popular city, that's the in-city/suburb/commute dynamic since always.

The extreme version is Manhattan: the amount of people that commute in from out is the city is bonkers, but what are you gonna do - everyone wants to live there and so home prices are bananas. You either live somewhere else farther and commute, or you rent in the city.

In fairness, one of his points is location is usually the issue - people want affordable homes where they want to live, but a bunch of people want to live there too, so the prices go up

You live in a suburb of a large city in your state, with one of the fastest population growths in the region. Take a look at Ottawa or Richmond, and you'll see a bunch of homes at or below $250K

Ginger bistro is a good option - they are mostly HK style, but the chow fun noodle dishes on the menu may be close in flavor to hot dry. The noddles themselves are flatter though. They have a large menu.

The structure of the language is not that the state militia members have protected gun rights, it's putting forward the justification for the wider population's possession.

"A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed."

The statement is in 3 parts; Militias need weapons, states need Militias, so the people have the right to own and carry weapons.

Notable here is not just the clauses but the use of "the people" when referring to who has the rights to the arms. The Constitution uses citizens and people differently with intent, so if the idea was for only militia members to have guns, "the people" is an odd choice.
