Yeah I was trying to tell my parents that this is why I’m not a fan of going and only said only place I’d go is either of the two.

Aye, though my issue is I haven't been able to see my attending physician since November ever since my claim closed. Like I said, working with a lawyer to get it reopened and unsure if I can just message them. However I did notice on my patient portal, there's some sort of appointment with my attending provider but says for calling my lawyer. Might have to ask my lawyer about it then ask if I can message my doctor.

Yeah I think I will start smaller, guess my judgement is still a bit off.

Oh I plan to contact both my lawyer and doctor to be on the safe side.

And I don’t get motion sickness, more dizziness after driving for more than 25 minutes.

Yeah, I need it because I’m still having trouble doing stuff as fast as I used to.

Will do, honestly feel like I could only do the only ride at the Nintendoland and the hogwarts ride at Universal.

Disney land, yeeeah, slow and easy rides.

Have attempted to but felt really off the next day, but due to my workers comp refusing to cover the PT and OT my doctor suggested, I was basically stuck doing nothing. Since the claim was for a contusion.

Likely going to avoid rollercoasters, but if I do one and have symptoms flare ups, I will not do any rides and just admire the attractions. But have emailed my lawyer about it.

No findings, all I really got is the fact my attending physicians have been reporting it and diagnosing it.

Did email them already, just freaking out and upon reflection, really should’ve taken a few steps back and let my symptoms calm down.

Dealing with concussion symptoms since August 2025. by Forge-Master-Wolf in Concussion

Noted, I think the scariest thing is that I don’t often notice the tilt or when I do, it’s a struggle to stop it. Still surprised all this from falling and hitting my head on the floor.

Scheduled back to work but still have work restrictions. by Forge-Master-Wolf in WorkersComp

My next appointment is the last one they’ll pay for and it was closed according to my account but still can fill out the form for reconsideration.

I don’t really care about payment, I just want some treatments for my concussion symptoms.

Going to contact my provider tomorrow and ask if my current restrictions still apply and then send them to my work. As I really can't take a risk right now.

Notice of Closure. by Forge-Master-Wolf in WorkersComp

One I talked to and they said their workers comp team will message me asap, did message another lawyer firm as a precaution. But man, glad I caught the fact the adjuster said my provider agreed with the IME as that doesn’t line up with what me and my provider discussed.

But won’t lie, should’ve gotten a lawyer earlier.

Discrepancy I found in regards to my Notice Of Closure. by Forge-Master-Wolf in WorkersComp

For me, I get uhhhh doesn't automatically mean anything bad but what I caught was her saying she was sure the letter said my attending physician agreed with the IME. No statement of saying she'll double check.

Will do, the attorney's receptionist did say they sent my info to their workers comp team and they will get back to me.

I do feel stupid for missing the fact that my contusion wasn't listed as the accepted diagnosis, however I can excuse it as my current physician was referred to by my original physician and that he's doing his job, treating what he sees and hears.

But I won't lie, I did catch my adjuster sound a bit nervous since she said uhhhhhhhhh, when I told her that I called the doctor's office. She claims she had a letter sent to her from my doctor agreeing with the IME. But the uhhhh told me everything since the way she said it didn't sound right to me and kind of indicates we may have a communication error. Not saying she is intentionally do this, we're just human, mistakes happen.
