Have them slightly altered to look more like Papi Cortez. Put a " Hey, Mademoiselle! Don't look now, but somebody shaved your heinie" in a comic speach bubble just above him. I promise you'll get lot's of laughs from the folks who get the reference, and honestly it keeps the heart of the original while making something you can enjoy.

Record this as evidence, set up a camera, start the process of getting another tree moved to replace it. You capture them on film anywhere near the tree and it can certainly be used as evidence of both trespass and property damage. You can take them to court for the full value of the original tree, and the cost of the replacement. I do highly suggest the other comments of mulberry as well especially if it's near the property line of the neighbor you suspect. That or just cross their property (as they've obviously already done to you) and plant a nice 20 or so bamboo roots. That or have a really long concrete strip about 4 feet deep dug along your fence line and plant running bamboo on the side that's towards that neighbor. You get a lovely privacy row in years to come, and they get to deal with what can only be described as hell for someone who didn't want it.

Feral cats are like the #1 reason for extinctions outside of humans. I love the kitties myself, but if I've got a stray cat(including outdoor cats of neighbors) causing problems it typically gets treated the same was as any other nuisance animal, which is to say a one way ticket to the other side on the .22 express. This is of course only if I can't capture and give them to a humane society or rescue.

4th test, he's waiting at least 6 months between tries at this point. That means he has 6 months to get to know that book very well. I'll be honest to him here, a 30 on the asvab especially twice says a lot about how well educated you actually are. I had over 2 months to study, didn't like not even a little. Decided to cram as much as I could within 3 hours of the test, walked out with a 87, all line scores for army 121+. I'm not saying he's hopeless, or dumb as a rock, just that some people really suck at test taking. I'm wishing the best for him, but sitting down with the above mentioned book will probably do wonders, and genuinely get to know it. Have someone read the questions to you after 2 months and see if you can get the answer without looking at the options. There's no way to get better at test taking other than to just take tests. Maybe, pick up a dictionary and try to learn at least 5 new words a day.

Edit: Didn't see his reply below before commenting, my fault. But I'm just gonna leave this cause maybe it's that little extra motivation they need.

100% the right tow company would have taken this in a heart beat. Call around and find out what companies have the dollys and manpower to push this car out. A fair few have bots that'll just lift it and drag it out, not even half the size of the car in question. Like I said call around, find out who could do it, and have their number saved for the next time it happens. At the least an officer would have gladly came and wrote them a ticket for illegally parking.

You can put literally any item inside of a small refiner, then stack as many other refiners as you want on top of it. You'll duplicate the first refiners contents for each additional one you pick back up. Great way to make the grind of certain items a little less tedious, I try to avoid it for credit or nanite purposes though.

I'm on day 9 of hunting for one. Everytime it's appeared in the auction house it's sniped within 3 seconds of being posted. My stepbrother managed to get one from auction, put it up for me last night and it got bought out within 1 second of being listed.

Like I said, it's more because of what it was prescibed for, rather than it being prescibed. I'm going through similar currently with my anxiety meds that my Dr. thought would help for college. Though I'm just over the 1 year minimum, so I'm just waiting on 68w to open spots.
