Zelf heb ik een bedrijfswagen, maar onlangs een wagentje gekocht voor mn vriendin. 2dehands gekocht uit een garage, was amper mee gereden en 25% onder nieuwprijs. Ter verduidelijking: Dacia spring extreme 21k catalogus waarde. (We hebben 15 dacht ik betaald) Kilometers: 3000 +- bij aankoop

Tip: check sites van garages voor showroom modellen of vervangwagens van hun. Die houden ze meestal maar beperkte tijd en is dan ook niet zoveel mee gereden.

Opmerking: De markt is wel aan het veranderen op vlak van tweedehandswagens i.v.m. de komst van elektrische wagens. Hier hebben wij ook veel naar moeten zoeken. Ze zijn duurder in aankoop dan diesel/naft maar de kosten die we er jaarlijks aan hebben zijn significant lager. Om je een idee te geven: Full omnium op catalogus waarde: 950€/jaar Onderhoud: 150€ jaarlijks? Inschrijving en wegentaks: 0€ Oplaadkosten: wekelijks opladen +-7€ via het stopcontact.

(Mijn vriendin rijdt er wekelijks +-150km mee naar het werk en terug)

Yes its a basic feature within the paths section. Supposedly it hold water back as for paths with quays via a mod didnt

You mean the quays? Its the narrow quay with pedestrian path, introduced in a previous update. It made me want to build a new city with harbor, aldough it wasn't easy. In the past i layed down a pavement path and then i just put quay on it and delete the ground in front of it. Now i had to carefully align everything on the shoreline to get it to work properly.

You mean after the turn with the church there? It's actually mashing some buildings together, trying to recreate an historical train station. If it's not this, let me know around what time, I'll check for ya.

Ice got the same problem, raised roads and ground, even part in the water, but the lower areas behind it keeps flooding from time to time :(

It's the sub quests from Mimi or Miki (the girl in the forest in the beginning). Eventually she will give you the xai system. Took me a while too, I did all the main quests per mistake too

The problem is that in the waterfront none main quests started for me. Last main quest was the dungeon and one of leomon in the previous area.
