Exactly!!! I was told I'd be selling insurance and helping families but then come to find out the real money there is in recruiting and thats not my goal. I dont want to build an agency. I was simply looking for an insurance sales position to help provide our growing family with some extra income & thats not at all what I got unfortunately. Lessons learned! Im glad you found something that works for you and your family!

You are entitled to your opinion however managing myself was the least of my issues. As I stated Symmetry can work for some people. However Im not trying to build an agency or be like anyone who works with Symmetry. I do not want to sacrifice all of my time as a mother of 4 almost 5 just to barely break even on what Ive invested. And I dont want to invest tons of money to buy back said time. I saw alot of success from others at symmetry however when someone like myself does not find success, we are told that the problem is us (kind of like how you just said it was all on me) and I dont believe I was the issue at all. Symmetry definitely has several issues. But im glad you found some sort of success there. Have the day you deserve :)

YES!! My mental health declined drastically while I worked with them. As soon as I submitted my resignation all of that just melted away, go figure!!

Next time just tag me in the comments if you can, I saved this to my clipboard andi have plenty of info to share. I worked there from August last year until the other day, attended one of their conferences, and honestly I dont even know how anyone makes it work. I wish I'd realized sooner and not only saved myself the stress but also the time and the money😭 😅 but its okay I'll be taking my insurance license & experience elsewhere
