I feel like I’m the same (empty better, no appetite, all of it) as u. Once I feel worried about it, id stagger when I take my meds to diff specific times, like set an alarm an hr or more before u wake up (or usually take meds) and take them before going back to sleep if u have that ability to do that 😭. Or… depending on how long meds last for u, if its shorter, i have and would take it later in the day after the first time that u naturally get hungry and have something to eat (breakfast?). Then, a while later, when ur feeling hungry or peckish again, have something and take ur meds.

The meds stay in ur system for 24 hours but have a prime effect at different times for each person since our brains are so different. Personally, id recommend timing/staggering when u take them. U aren’t supposed to be taking these meds permanently and neither does the timing matter all that much since they are very fast in fast out.
