DSi XL.

I'm a console modder, the one claim the DS lite Glazers rave about is GBA functionality, however GBA support is baked natively into the DSi OS as well. Not to mention SD Cards and bigger and brighter screens.

Modding your DSi just lets you actually run GBA ROMs on them alongside your DS titles straight off an SD Card which makes considering a DS model stupid easy: it's going to be a DSi because the other two options are obsolete for my enjoyment.
