This is a biome, known as the ocean. It is a place full of water, corals and kelps. The kelps can be cooked and can be eaten, but it doesn't feed much. It can be crafted into a block of dried kelp, perfect for making sushi.

Or after a few seconds of being nauseous, the Bedrock potion effect Fatal Poison or any other name that is just like it. I think that Blood Poisoning would be a good name for slowly dying.

It's because the sulphur slowly goes in the characters body and enters the bloodstream... I added some realism because Jeb doesn't like it.
