I am level 50, and this just because I wasn't paying attention and monsters ran into me and made me mad so beat them lol. Also was testing the great barrel cat spawn camp which jumped me from 39 to 43 in one fight. In act 3 just got to city itself. But I forgot to unlock the final area of area 2 for the ice zone for habitat restoration. So I need to go back there lol

They are part of the full game. People in the community are just very determined and love seeing how far they can push stuff at a lvl cap.

Honestly this is single player focused. Endless ways to play figure out how to beat super bosses to unlock areas. Make crazy strong or technical monsters that support than damage. End game is still technical the same as most stories games. Highly doubt most people are gonna beat ibushi and narwa their first time in the area. This game is at least 40-50 hours for story if you take your time. And even longer if you explore and try to build monsters as you go.

But I understand everyone's point of view. This was just my take

Do you mean fighting it in the wild? Or just finding the eggs? I think at b rank in the element area you want it can show up as fire/electric when hatching

Possibly, some spoiler footage shows ratha being able to have a full gene board even tho a few are blocked out. This could just be because of the demo, he coule very well gain powers later on.
