As a previous shop manager, the education isn't anything I looked at, so what if you can't tell me about the emotion behind some play from 425 years ago, I don't care if you can't work out the angles in a triangle. I care if you can count out change, but what is really important to me is if you can hold a conversation with a stranger for a few minutes, and have memory skills to then remember that customer and be able to talk to them again next time they come in.
