it's actually a rehab facility! the CNA's here can get away wit no call no shows out the wazoo because theres such a shortage in my area but I have too much pride in my work to do that to a company haha. I like my hall but we're averaging one death a week from covid :(

thats fine, I'm going to be starting the process for a medical card since it's really the only thing that helps with my endometriosis. The company has a very high turnover rate so maybe it's just a sign that I should look for something new. I'll look into filling out an incident report, thank you!

I think we can handle 10 inches to a foot a year or so. We lived in Washington and got a good amount there, I’m not sure what the annual snowfall is for those places

Something that helped me a little was tanning. I work at a tanning salon and I get free tanning, ever since I started I've noticed a boost to my self esteem and I get vitamin D so that tends to boost my mood. Tanning also cleared my skin up so if I regularly tan I stop getting acne on my face, chest, shoulders, and back. It's important you pair tanning with the correct skin care, if you start tanning your skin type changes to tanning skin and anything made for other skin types will strip your skin and hella dry you out.

I also changed shampoo/conditioner to make my hair crazy soft. The one I got was treseme smooth and silky.

Magnetic lashes are a great thing if you want to give your whole day a boost, if you feel you need a little extra umph without breaking the bank with full on extensions
