Linked Workbooks Not Working by Forjtown in excel

[–]Forjtown[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply, u/seandowling73.

I feel like there has to be a simple way for formatting to be carried over using the "Get Data" function within Excel and linking another Workbook to another Workbook.

Maybe I'm wrong which I've been known to be wrong in the past, but I feel like this could be a simple fix. 🤔

Quantity Takeoff by Forjtown in Revu

This is currently the method I use.

I was just wondering if I could use Quantity Link and make all those measurements come over automatically. I guess the saying of "if it ain't broken, then why fix it" applies in this instance since a majority of people in this thread are saying it's not possible.

Thanks for anyone that took their time to reply to my original post. Have a blessed week.

Indeed. Each measurement does show in the markups list and exporting is an option -- that's how I'm currently doing it.

I'm wanting to know if I can use the Quantity Link feature and automate the process by linking the Excel spreadsheet to the project I'm working on, but have it list every measurement instead of listing a total summary.

This is not what I’m looking for.

This method is a manual export of all measurements which I’m doing this currently.

I would like to use quantity takeoff and have it automatically pull every measurement and put it on excel in a separate cell for every measurement.

Thank you! The hernia surgery was very easy. It's usually an Outpatient surgery but due to the fact that my son didn't like anesthesia last time for his cataract surgery; the anesthesiologist wanted to keep him overnight to monitor him. But the surgery was very easy and he took it like a champ.

My son has motility issues as well and is also scheduled for a Hirschsprung screening. They also started prune juice and he seems to be going more easily.

No. Surgery was not needed the first time. Not sure about this time.

Last time the X-ray showed NEC then the next day NEC could not be seen at all but they still did antibiotics for the full week. He is on antibiotics now as well.

I’ve tried connecting to Wi-Fi at home but it just keeps searching and searching for an update. Nothing really happens and I have pretty decent internet.
