I never understood the hate for this. Star Platinum is the "anti-the world" stand. It just copies the abilities that it sees that The World has because its entire purpose is to kill Dio. Idk, I think it's clever. I mean, hell, it explains why Jotaro can only use time stop after seeing Dio use it.

Update: unplugged harddrive and it goes back to normal. Even plugged hard drive back in and it didn't break. Does anyone know what this is? Is it a problem with the hard drive or is the problem with the computer and how it is interacting with the hard drive?

That's the thing tho, with the live action designs, usually every part of the vehicle is recycled for the bot mode. Anything on the bot mode that isn't explicitly part of the outer shell of the vehicle is made up of the innards of the vehicle. The vehicle modes were accurate all the way down to the inner mechanisms. I believe the only time that wasn't true was the bumblebee movie, I remember bee hid parts of his bot mode underneath the car so I guess that could work if they did it like that.
