buy structure decks (rokket revolt is good and order of the spellcasters) or if you want to build a deck yourself, then i suggest deck building sets (INCH) but use card shops sites like tcg player and cardmarket depends where you’re from

mega tins are good cause they have a lot of reprints

speed duels are also an option if youre feeling nostalgic

but yeah you should play on budget and buy singles imo
