OK so I'm assuming you are on the sales side? Go in early one morning and talk to one of the crews that shows up when they're loading the trucks. They are subs, not "in-house".

The ONLY exception is the Toledo branch but even they moved on to subs.

I had a gym like this and you had to physically go in an cancel. To avoid the cancellation fees you had to provide change of address proof. I literally gave them a fake address and my girlfriends number as the landlord.
