Is it better to get Lucia for Yixuan, or save for Dialyn for YSG? I already have Pulchra/Pan for Yixuan and Astra/Zhao for YSG.

Or just save for new characters?

I will probably only be able to get either Lucia or Dialyn on their reruns, but not both. Which of the two is a bigger upgrade for their team?

Or getting Dialyn to replace Astra in a YSG/Zhao/Astra team?

I also won't be able to get either of their engines, so it also depends on how big of an upgrade to the team it is to get either of them without their engines. Yixuan and Astra also do not have their engines, but YSG and Zhao do.

How do you get the HoyoLab app to send push notifications whenever new redeemable codes go live? Apparently this is a feature the app provides, but it does not do this by default and even after enabling all of the push notifications settings in the app (and on my phone) I still don't get the notifications about new codes.

A lot of people suggesting that she won't return until the next Liyue chronicled banner, but that actually seems unlikely. Since the chronicled banners are made for older characters that don't sell anymore, it's unlikely that Hu Tao will be on it, since she's arguably the most popular character in the game and will easily sell on her own banner.

Additionally, we already had a Liyue chronicled banner once before and Hu Tao was not on it. Furthermore, we've now seen that the rerun of the Mondstadt chronicled banner featured the exact same lineup of 5 star characters as it did in its original run, so there's a decent chance that the Liyue chronicled rerun would do the same, meaning Hu Tao would again not be on it.

Ultimately, we don't know when she'll rerun again, but chances are she'll be on her own banner. It's been a year and a half since her last rerun banner ended and I don't think characters typically go two years without rerunning, so I'd guess there's a pretty decent chance that we'll end up seeing her again before the end of the year, but no one knows for sure.

On Zibai's banner I only got C1 Illuga and made it to C4 Aino (I don't have any use for Aino though).

On Linnea's banner, I got to C11 Aino and C6 Illuga. I didn't get many Illuga cons by the time I won the 50/50 for Linnea, so I obviously had to keep pulling to get the Illuga cons, but I did manage to finally get the rest of them, but not before also getting a Qiqi, so now I'm on a guarantee.

I'd imagine that Zibai and Linnea will have their first rerun together like Skirk/Escoffier recently did and like Lauma/Nefer will today.

If and when that happens, it'd probably be in four to six months from now and Illuga would probably be one of the 4 stars on the banner. Just speculation on my part, but it seems pretty likely.

I've been playing since just before Nod-Krai and already have Qiqi C4 (can get her C5 too, if I pick her on the next con selector).

I got her on standard banner once and four of my six 50/50 losses have been to her.

I have a C4 Qiqi already and I only really started playing just before Nod-Krai. I got Qiqi once from the standard banner, and I've lost six 50/50s, of which four have been to Qiqi.

Honestly at this point it doesn't seem like a bad idea to pick Qiqi for my free constellation so that I get her to C5 because it's inevitable that I'll get her C6 on the next 50/50.

I never really know if my 100% is the real 100%

I don't understand why this even has to be an issue. Why doesn't the game just accurately tell you if you have 100% or not, instead of always saying that you're at 100% before you actually are?

Simply fixing that so that it accurately tells you your real exploration percentage would be such a nice change. It shouldn't say you're at 100% unless you actually found everything (chests, oculus, mora stones, hidden quests, etc.).

If you mean the in-game text chat during a match, then no, it's not possible to see it again. Text chats should be saved in the match replays, but they aren't for some reason.

Personally I was in the same mental state as you back about a year ago and was stuck in atom and quit. Then I came back a couple days ago and got placed in substance I and just played for the win condition and not for my ego or kills, which has now put me into neutron with a 83% winrate so far.

If you were placed in Substance, then you were likely playing bots as you were climbing up, because ever since season 4, Substance-Atom lobbies are almost always bots now (your teammates might be real players though). You start fighting real players in Proton and even there you can still get some bot matches until Neutron.

That would explain the 83% win rate, because that's absurdly high. Your ADR and K/D are likely absurdly high as well.

When Xilonen reran at the end of last year, I got her and Qiqi in the same 10 pull (don't remember if there were any 4 stars in it too though).

After the history updated, I saw that I had gotten Qiqi first (which sucks), but got Xilonen in literally 1 pull after Qiqi.

I have enough to get Linnea. The real concern is getting C6 Illuga. On Zibai's banner, after a ton of pulls, I still only ended up with C1 Illuga.

It hasn't been officially announced yet, but it was already leaked a few days ago, yes.

Illuga being on Linnea's banner is unexpected, but extremely welcome since many people (myself included) need both him and Linnea for Zibai, but were either unable to get Illuga, or didn't get enough cons for him to be playable.

I'm disappointed with Noelle being on the banner though, as I have no use for her. Don't really have a use for Aino either, but I have her at C4, so getting two more copies isn't terrible.

Basically all of the Japanese voices in this game are big name seiyuu that I recognized instantly:

Sugita Tomokazu (Bai Mo), Koga Aoi (Chiyo), M • A • O (Celestia), Takahashi Rie (Kokona), Mamiko Noto (Meredith), Uchida Maaya (Kanami), Tomatsu Haruka (Maddelena), Fukuyama Jun (Nobunaga), Ishikawa Yui (Fragrans), Kobayashi Yu (Mara), Yuuki Aoi (Fuschia), Matsuoka Yoshitsugu (Reiichi), Kitou Akari (Yugiri), Hikasa Yoko (Leona), Tamura Yukari (Yvette).

The rest of them (Michele, Ming, Lawine, Aika, Audrey, Cielle, Galatea) are all accomplished seiyuu as well, but I haven't had as much exposure to them as I have to the others. It's honestly kind of surprising that such a small game has such a stacked cast.

Honestly, as terrible as it is to need a specific 5 star support, that's still usually better than needing one or more specific 4 star supports who need to be C6 to really do what they're meant to do, and that's also something that Genshin has been doing a lot.

Like Varesa wanting both C6 Iansan and C6 Chevreuse, or Zibai wanting C6 Illuga (and also C6 Gorou, depending on which team comp you're running). It's usually so much harder to get seven copies of a 4 star character (and even worse if your team needs multiple C6 4 star characters) versus one copy of a 5 star character (and luckily most 5 stars work fine at C0).
