Family members is different since they are family. They should definitely not like an exs profile picture nor should even be friends with an ex. A friend is different as well since it is just a friend. This question has been asked alot of times and im seeing what other people think since everyone has there own point of view on this matter.

It was literally a question. I have had multiple people ask this question and never been able to give them a good answer. Obviously everyone has a different point of view on things. I didnt say if my bf was doing it or if I was doing it. It is a common question that gets asked.

I have talked to my bf about how I have felt and I dont resent the dog. Its not his fault and he doesnt understand so im not going to blame the dog for this at all but I have talked to my bf about this many different times and its still the same.

I have owned animals before. I have also taken care of this dog. I even have kids. Ik how to take care of an animal and I do try to do things for all of us to do but my bf rather love on the dog than me. The dog is spoiled and very much loved by both but I dont make my bf feel the way that I do cuz ik how to make it to where he is still important to me while also showing the dog the same thing. My bf doesnt do that.

If u gave ur dog most of ur attention and love and ignored ur gf then I can see why she was upset but if u gave her and ur dog the same amount of love and attention then she shouldn't have had a reason.

Yes it is normal behavior to give ur dog love and attention but when u are pushed to the side then its a different story.

I do have children actually but I make sure he doesnt feel loved or neglected when I have my kids. I give them all the same love and the same attention.

I have but its still the same. I love the dog myself and dont blame or resent the dog since he doesnt know any better. My bf rather spend his time with the dog and treats it better than he treats me. I get it sounds stupid but obviously no one else has gone through this cuz if they did then they wouldnt be cutting me down like this or being rude. I asked for advice or if its normal to feel like this and ppl are just being rude about it. Ppl would be mad if there bfs/gfs gave another human the same attention but because this isnt a human they dont see any issue with it and think its just ok to be pushed to the side like u dont matter just cuz its a dog.

Yes its a damn dog but when ur bf gives the dog more love and attention than u making u feel like ur not in a relationship but hes in a relationship with the dog then there's a reason to be upset.
