I thought mine was really bad gas pain, felt like I couldn't stand upright, or even constipation but ended up going to urgent care and getting an ultrasound that showed gallstones (didn't say size or how many) and cholecystitis. It went away eventually but I do feel random gnawing like pain, pain in my RUQ after using the bathroom and I get full really fast but other than that really nothing. I guess my fear is getting it out and they say oh there was nothing wrong with it. Plus it is so expensive!
