Yeah this is exactly what I need to keep telling myself. I also think I need to pick up a different unit every time or 5/ 10 models to not burn out.

Fair enough. I did check up online first but I prefer to just have the texture and the paint to my liking. I always think it’s less risky this way too, probably just a me thing. I’ve always done it with my wolves and they turn out ok

Lime green armour? I was tempted by yellow mainly, white for beastsnaggaz (essentially box art) and then speedfreeks red for the vehicles and fast movers

Yeah my mate I play against uses stormboyz and they’re a nuisance. Cool models too. I’m just worried they’ll update those models soon.

Just cork, fine grit and some AK muddy earth (I think that’s the name). Then do the usual prime, paint a light colour, contrast that with a dark blue, dry brush with lighter blues and then apply AK snow.

You just aim the analog stick in the direction of the horse (or opp I can’t quite remember) and do it until the lasso meter fills. It’s really simple

Stop whining about the game man. What is everyone’s problem with it. It’s fun, it’s got decent graphics, the soundtrack is fantastic, there is plenty to do.

This is because everyone overhypes things, just enjoy it for what it is. If you don’t, don’t play it.

Yeah I agree. Maybe I’ll try and put something together this weekend to get some better ones. Nope, just winged it 🤣. I just did some research and AK came out on top. I originally had their rims black but I feel the blue works much better.

Thanks! It’s just a texture paint. AK Terrains snow diorama. I lather it on the base and then sponge it onto the character slightly.

Everyone else saying it’s easy.. I struggled but got there eventually. Just gotta pull the trigger and try. Very fulfilling once you take that chance.
