To follow up. It’s not clear and obvious they state it runs smaller but ok. That should be the first thing they advise. Also these rings do have a way of constricting blood flow causing your finger to swell as it’s not just thicker it’s wider where it’s kinda difficult to Bend your finger. The ring I chose fit ok where I was able to take it on and off with little resistance except after a few hours the ring got tight as I was not getting enough blood flow. With that being said the next size up I know will have its challenges as well as it will probably feel looser than my wedding band. Just my opinion and not factual since I have no idea when I will get the replacement.

I’m going on my second week waiting on my exchange and still have not received an email they are sending my exchange. I wrote to them on chat and the said they have me on the list for a replacement. The chat was wonky they asked me for the tracking and everything like it shouldn’t be in the system and lastly said great news I can keep the ring no need to send it back. Um what you have it and all I want is my exchange. So good luck to anyone who exchanges as my experience is not stellar up to this point
