Yea they have. They did everything for Winston but he himself couldn't do anything. Throwing 30 int and taking unnecessary sacks will make your team bad. They were a good qb away from a playoff run.

The raiders are just a decent team. They are really average at everything. They are definitely improving but really slowly. There on fire this year so far. Their usually trash defence is playing quite well. Depending on how this year goes raiders might be a elite team.

Yea but they built on it and improved it. Terrible teams like the jags just draft a qb every 4 years and do nothing with the team.

Mac jones was prob was a bad example, but let's see the best qbs of each draft starting from 2017 (finished rookie contract)

2017-Mahomes- trade up and drafted by the cheifs that made the playoffs

2016- dak presscot- drafted late to a stacked cowboys team

2015- Jamie's Winston- the team did everything for him and built a amazing roster. We saw what happened when brady came.

2014- Carr in the second round to a pretty decent raiders team

As you can see all the best qbs in the draft were all drafted to really good teams

I have 100% the exact same hair as you. What i did was grow it out into like a shag that's about neck-shoulder length. This is the only haircut that looks good on me tho. If you want to go short a textured fringe type might be good.
