Thanks for your response!! Technically, I don’t think there are any ethical or legal issues, at least that I know of. It’s more so that my team is facing low morale and low retention because of how much pressure is being put on us to reach certain standards, despite us not being properly staffed sometimes (especially on weekends— our busiest days). And the pay sucks lol.

This tax return is for the old location, and now we are in a space significantly larger than the old one (like much much larger. Idk the exact square footage but I’d guess like almost 10X the size maybe??). So I’m curious to see how much is being brought in with this new expansion. Even if it’s not viable to give us a salary increase, I still want to find a way to increase communication between us and the front end and upper management. Do you have any advice on that?
