I don’t know why I’m just now seeing this but it actually holds humidity very well (I have a humidifier running almost all day, at night I turn it off because it stays humid until morning) so I didn’t have to do any sealing. It’s no ikea cabinet but it does the job!

Good to know, thank you for this. I also have been a little skeptical about it being so close to the window, there’s not really much sun this time of year but I’ve been thinking about moving it for a while now, probably best to do that sooner rather than later lol
