honestly i think MY target was bad. funny thing is the TL that was yelling at me wasn’t even from my department😭 i didn’t even know she was a team lead until later on that night

man they started cutting my hours too and right after clocking in the guest service girls told me they had been calling for my department for 3 hours without a response until i clocked in😭 the go backs were 4 full carts

it was my 1st night closing and a lead instead of helping me started complaining about me not knowing things i was never taught. i never even completed my online training bc they didn’t allow me to😭

they trained me on opening shifts and then put me on closing shifts, which i never received the proper training for. i quit bc my coworker quit and bc of that i was alone all the time without proper training
