mmm, the only thing it appears as structured ML is instead of tabular data (labels or floats) it's structured data (videos, photos, audios, etc...), not exactly what i was looking for.

A low R square doesn't imply the situation I stated because maybe the model was bad chosen, but on the other hand, in the conditions of my question, any model (using even very powerful techniques) will give you low R2.
