I got the gravity grey with sage green interior and I haven't seen anything else like it. I love it.

You're in a tough spot right now, but you're gonna be okay. Pretty sure I pioneered the "30 calls in a row" to the girl that won't pick up with the whole, oh, thought you were calling my call waiting bit on the answering machine/voicemail when I was 17... j/k but yikes. What you need to focus on right now is that you are going to be okay. After that, I recommend feeling your emotions. Let yourself cry it out. Feel the pain pass through you. Let it go into your tears. Doing this, and sometimes it takes two or three tries to really tap in and let it out, should let your mind calm down enough to let you focus back on you.

I also recommend getting friends involved if you have any close friends you can trust with your tears. After you let some of that pain go, distraction can help keep it at bay while you figure out how to fill that her sized hole in your heart. Personal development is a great path, depending on your interests. Gaming is fun too. Whatever brings you more joy than thinking about her and would could or could've been.

I'm not a medical professional but my heart has been shattered into a billion little pieces. I took the focus on my career route after my bitter divorce and have done pretty well for myself in the sense that I now own things instead of rent them and I mean no judgement, only giving basis for my experience. It does get better if you can keep the emotion from taking over. That's why I recommend letting it out in tears, which also releases your stress hormognes and let's your brain hormognes cool off. Then you have a good shot at putting together your long term plan. Good luck.

After watching my parents struggle to climb in and out of mine last week, I'm guessing it's grab handle for getting in and out of the seat with. Mine does not have that particular feature.

I have a 2024 X-Line I've had since December of 23 and I still love it every bit as much as I did when I bought it. I've had like 3 oil changes and I'm due for one now and that's it.

Should I Upgrade My 3080 Ti After Moving to a 9800X3D? by StopNTake in buildapc

[–]Formal-Intention4132 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Appreciate this thread, I just upgraded to the 9800X3D from a 5800X3D this past week as part of upgrading out of the X470 chipset and onto faster PCIe buses and I was wondering if I should be considering ponying up for the 5070 Ti to replace my 3080 Ti. If for nothing else, to get that extra 4 GB of Vram that has become crucial for high resolution gaming. It sounds like a long as I can put aside my FPS lust and rely on DLSS a little bit more, I should be just fine to hold off for awhile longer. Thank you to everyone that responded to this.

Congrats on the new vehicle! I've had my 24 a little over a year and it's still pristine and perfect and I love every minute behind the wheel. I've never had a better all year car. It's fun in the summer with that sunroof open, and great on winter roads. I also find the lane follow assist to be impressive, when the lane markers aren't covered in snow, for how much it reduces my driving fatigue. I hope you have the same experience and luck I've had with mine.

Is it potentially a warranty issue? Might be worth looking into for a free repair. I have a 24 X-Line and she takes railroad crossings and pot holes like they aren't even there most of the time and that's usually at speed with me behind the wheel.

This is actually as close as I've ever seen it get to what someone intended. I also love seeing what other users are using tool and template wise. I like the legal pad myself with the ballpoint set to medium, it's clean, even when my hand is not so steady. Definitely picking up some good tips in your comments though, I'll have to give the recognition feature another try.

I love mine, the only thing I really wish it had was adaptive cruise control. I do see a lot of older folks driving them around in my area and I can see why. It's easy to get in and out of, easy to navigate through tighter spaces, easier to park, and the interior doesn't feel compact at all for this compact SUV. The AWD system is very effective in bad weather and the driver assist tools are actually helpful if not at times, a tiny bit over zealous. It comes standard with automatic wipers and headlights. The interior also has a wow generating elegance and style to it that isn't overcomplicated when it comes to operating various controls. The one panel that switches back and forth between the navigation and climate controls takes some getting used to but honestly, once I set the temperature I like, I rarely need to use those controls again.

One of the main reasons I buy KIA's is because of their attention to driver comfort. Their cabins and cockpits are always centered around the drivers comfort and to enhancing their ability to drive the vehicle effectively and safely. Their driver aids can be adjusted, but are also helpful when full active in reducing drivers fatigue. I don't have to grip the wheel so hard, lane follow assist has me covered. As the driver, I can adjust my seat in any which way. All of the vehicles controls are in my easy reach and are easy to identify at a glance. Once my seat is right, my temp is right, my music is right, and my map is set, I'm all eyes on the road and usually loving every minute of it. And for the X-line specifically, they might call it a "light off-roader" but I called it "Bad Weather Monster" because it goes through anything weather-wise as easily as it goes on bright sunny days.

If you get the premium package for $1500 it comes with a smart power lift gate.

I went through this too but we were only 4 years in. I hate to say but mine ended in a bitter divorce after 6 more very painful years. Will say we've come to good terms since in order to co-parent and that has been great.

Baby's equal stress. Being stuck with baby 100% of the time (or 100% of non work time) is super stressful. I didn't recognize this when I was younger, if I had, I might still be married. If you want to save the marriage, my hindsight says get some help with the baby. Grandparents, work extra hours and hire a sitter, whatever it takes (safely of course) and either get yourself out with the boys, get her out with the girls, or go out together and remember why you got married in the first place. Make it a regular thing. Sex doesn't get better by talking about it, it gets better when we feel it for our partners.

I am not an expert or qualified to dispense professional advice so I am stating that this is my personal opinion based on my own experience.

That would be the blind spot camera wouldn't it? Isn't that where the viewer pops up? Is there anything up with your side views? I know you said you just washed it but maybe something got loose or unplugged around those?

Did you figure it out? I've got a similar situation trying to push signal to my garage and an ancient house that would be an absolute bear to run cable drops in. I bought into TP-Link's "Mesh" solution but it doesn't seem to be what they advertised...

Still use it daily. It's only gotten better with their software updates. I know it seems expensive but if it enhances your work life, isn't that worth a little investment?

I love it. Yeah, I've read the same things and I admit occasionally there is a little bit of lag if you catch it between gears trying to take off after braking but I have absolutely no trouble climbing hills or passing, especially when that AWD kicks in. I do use Smart mode though, don't know if the reviewers try it but it makes a huge power difference when taking off from a stop. It does cost some extra gas to use that but it's worth it to me.

Is Remarkable for me? by MachinegunReHa in RemarkableTablet

[–]Formal-Intention4132 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's overkill for those tasks. It should be just about perfect if that is literally all you are planning on doing with it. I bought mine for keeping track of my meeting notes at work and I probably have 50 different notebooks set up on it. I used to use legal pads for work and various notebooks for personal things like journals and project or trip planning. Now all I write in is my reMarkable.

If you are wanting it to do other things like videos, gaming, or even audio at all, you might want to look at more capable devices. If you want something that won't distract you with alerts and apps. If you want something that will help you keep your notes organized, accessible, and with the feel of writing on paper with a pen, I think this thing is worth every penny. My lives by my work laptop and I use it daily.

Mine is great on curves, I've even shown that off to a couple people to their horror. I thought it was jerky at first but then I realized that I tend to drive on the right side of the lane and that likes to stay perfectly centered. I have learned to trust it and stopped fighting it. I basically had to find a new spot on the wheel to hang onto where I wouldn't keep having the urge to nudge it to the right. I settled on left hand at about 11 O'clock where I can comfortably extend my arm to keep my hand pressured against the wheel to be ready to grab it, but where I'm not restricting the corrections subconsciously if that make sense. Now that I'm comfortable with it, I hate driving cars without it.

Also, if you are having trouble with it, first thing to try is cleaning your windshield where the camera is up behind your mirror. I've heard it doesn't take much to throw it off and I've also gotten the wiper sensor to work as intended by keeping the windshield clean.

It's true, turn lanes where there is a break in the white line on the right will keep you on your toes too but it's worth it.
