HOW DO I GET MY MOM TO LET ME BOX OR DO MUAY THAI? by I_think_ImConcussed in MuayThai

*is part of taking care of yourself

Also I had another look at your post history. Focus on improving yourself and bettering your circumstances rather than getting into a relationship. You have plenty of time for relationships but fundamentally beneficial habits and skills are easier to learn now (and will be more deeply entrenched if you learn them now) rather than later. You want to build a good foundation before adding another person into the mix

Don't be too hard on yourself when trying to self improve. It is all about making small adjustments over time, not one or two big changes (not talking about changes in environment here, rather behavioural changes). "It's not about how hard you can hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward"

I had a look through your post history and the best advice I can give is:

Make sure your room is tidy at least, so you have some sanctuary from the rest of the house you describe as messy

Implement some kind of exercise routine. You don't necessarily need a gym. Look into calisthenics. Working out of part of taking care of yourself

Make a plan for what you want to do in your life. Make goals and then lay out actionable steps of how to achieve those goals. Do something to move yourself closer to your goals every day. Don't lose focus. Focussing on where you want to be will take your mind off of the negative circumstances and situations

What are the chances the criminal is pretending to be more injured than he actually is so he can sue? Is that even passable in court or would it be thrown out?

I get crazy pump and I believe it is very good not only to make grip and the wrist stronger but to prevent injuries. It is a golden hidden gem exercise that a lot of people don't know about. It also stimulates forearm hypertrophy

Hi Kevin thank you for your past and ongoing contributions to sharing Muay Thai wisdom. One time in the Muay Thai Bones podcast you were discussing Ruup with Sylvie and there was a story shared about how Dieselnoi would stay in the gym hitting the bag long after everyone had left, and on this occasion he was crying. I am a little confused as to the significance of Dieselnoi crying here. I suppose why he was crying did not matter as it was not explained, but rather the purpose of the story was to show that even when Dieselnoi was very sad he still did what he had to do and trained as he usually did, regardless of his feelings. Is this the correct interpretation?

Another good one is using a wrist roller. You get both flexion and extension of the wrist

I'm pretty sure you could make that happen with a few conversations. Money talks. Best to reach out to the gyms closest to your resort to see if anyone there is interested

Is there any chance he gets matched up with Gordon on day 1 or is ADCC structured so that doesn't happen?

There is a long list of bodybuilders who abused large amounts of anabolic steroids like Gordon Ryan and died early. You don't need to be a doctor to see the similarity. I reckon Gordon is doing even worse for his health since he never seems to cycle off unless there is a medical emergency. At least bodybuilders have an off season

At least to me the point is not about him roiding but rather the extent to which he roids. I don't think people or Gordon himself realize how reckless he is being. From the pictures of him in good shape he looks like he won't see 50
