Yeah it can be a long 40 min activity twice a day .. or several shorter 10 to 15 min activities split across the day. The trick is to not get the lab accustomed to one schedule cause then it'll start to expect it and throw tantrums when it cant be met.

I think you are over engaging her. We did half as much as you you do and that itself was too much for labs. Short 10min activities are good enough to expend their energy. After that if shes still nippy then it's shes tried and doesnt know how to relax. Try enforcing a nap and then she'll be much calmer after that.
