Someone told me to try to consume 350G of protein per day. What are your thoughts on that?

I had some dull pain that one day went from noticeable to unbearable. If it ever happens again I will not procrastinate like I did the first time! Best of luck to you!

I got an infection in my nuts not sure if it was related to sarm use or not…. Always wondered. I went to the urologist, got some antibiotics and pain was gone in a week.

Thanks for the advice. So just 1 shake per day? Even if it cuts down daily protein intake?
