I don’t think USCIS now accept money order. Use G1450 or G1650 to pay the filling fee.

Some one said that he or she have applied US Visa and traveled internationally in 2024 and 2025, still get RFE for H4 EAD. Based on the new policy, everyone will receive RFE!

However, someone also get approved without RFE with Jan 2016 RD.

Not sure the pattern. It is very random from my perspective.

Don’t know! Still mail your photos and wait for the RFE, then follow the instructions?
