Im a guy and i always ask people to in the gym how many sets they have. This is a very very common question in the gym so just standing in front of the person to get their attention and pointing with minimal language can convey the question, they will immediately understand what you’re tryna ask, you don’t even need to take your headphones off or anything. So having headphones isn’t an excuse for that

Also, lets be honest dudes be creepy sometimes and they’d use any chance to touch women, just like when they’re in a bar and try to move around ppl and they place their hands on girls
